| 摘 要： | 目的优选乙醇回流法提取姜香脐贴中木香药材的最佳工艺。方法采用正交实验法，对乙醇浓度、料液比（质量：体积）、提取时间和提取次数进行4因素3水平的实验研究，以木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量为考察指标进行数据分析。结果最佳乙醇回流提取工艺为：用6倍量80％乙醇，回流提取3次，1h／次。结论应用该工艺能缩小服用剂量、提高质量，为复方中药经皮控释给药系统新剂型的研制奠定了基础。
