两种戊二醛消毒液的杀菌效果比较

目的比较两种戊二醛消毒液杀菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用理化分析和载体定量杀菌试验方法,对香型戊二醛消毒液消毒相关性能进行了实验室观察,并与普通戊二醛消毒液作平行比较。结果浓度为20 g/L该香型戊二醛消毒液对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60 min,平均杀灭对数值为5.09。相同浓度下普通戊二醛消毒液对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60 min,平均杀灭对数值为3.98。香型戊二醛与普通戊二醛消毒液在54℃下存放14 d,其戊二醛含量下降率小于5%。结论该香型戊二醛消毒液杀灭细菌芽孢的效果略好于普通型戊二醛消毒液,但两组戊二醛消毒液都比较稳定。

COMPARISON ON THE GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF TWO TYPE GLUTARALDEHYDE DISINFECTANT

Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of two type glutaraldehyde disinfectant,provide basis for actual application.Methods Physical and chemical analysis and carrier quantitative bactericidal test were used to test disinfectant’s associated perperties,with common type glutaraldehyde disinfectant for parallel comparison.Results The average killing logarithm value of Bacillus subtilis var niger spores was 5.09 by 20 g/L of the soft flavor type glutaraldehyde disinfectant solution for 60 min.The average killing logarithm value by common type of glutaraldehyde was 3.98 with the same concentration for 60 min.The concerntration of two glutaraldehyde disinfectant liquid decreased less than 5% after stored under 54℃ for 14 d.Conclusion The soft flavor type glutaraldehyde disinfectant can kill bacteria spores slightly better than the ordinary glutaraldehyde disinfectant,and the two glutaraldehyde disinfectant are both stable.
