摘    要:目的 了解高脂血症对大鼠脑部脂质的影响.方法 将32只健康雄性SD大鼠,根据血清总胆固醇(TC)水平及体重随机分为基础饲料喂养和高脂饲料喂养1周、2周和3周组,每组8只.检测血脂、肝脂、脑脂及载脂蛋白E(ApoE)、低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)、24-羟基胆固醇(24HyC).结果 高脂饲料喂养1周后大鼠形成高脂血症.从第1周到第3周,大鼠血清、肝TC、TG、LDL-C水平上升,HDL-C水平下降;脑TG水平升高,HDL-C水平下降,脑TC和LDL-C水平无变化;脑LDLR水平升高,血清24HyC及脑24HyC水平升高.直线回归分析显示血清TC、TG、LDL-C与脑TG、LDLR呈正相关,与脑HDL-C呈负相关;脑TG与脑LDLR、24HyC呈正相关,脑HDL-C与脑LDLR、24HyC呈负相关.结论 高脂血症可导致大鼠脑TG水平升高,HDL-C水平下降,对大鼠脑TC、LDL-C水平无影响.大鼠脑TG水平随脑LDLR、24HyC的升高而升高,脑HDL-C水平随脑LDLR、24HyC的升高而下降.

Abstract:【Objective】 To study the effect of hyperlipidemia on brain lipid.【Methods】 According to the level of serum total cholesterol and weight,32 adult male SD rats were divided randomly into normal control group fed by normal diet and hyperlipidemia group fed by high fat diet for 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks.Each group had 8 rats.Lipid,apolipoprotein E(ApoE),low density lipoprotein receptor(LDLR),24-hydroxy cholesterol(24-HyC) in serum,liver and brain were measured.【Results】 Hyperlipidemia was induced in rats after feeding high fat diet for one week.From the first week to the third week,rats were fed high fat diet serum,hepatic TC,TG,LDL-C and brain TG increased,serum,hepatic,brain HDL-C decreased.Brain TC,LDL-C showed no significant differences.After feeding high fat diet for 3 weeks,rats’ brain LDLR,serum and brain 24HyC increased.Serum TC,TG,LDL-C have positive correlation with brain TG and LDLR,negative correlation exists between serum TC,TG,LDL-C and brain HDL-C.Brain TG have positive with brain LDLR and 24HyC,and brain HDL-C have negative correlation with brain LDLR and 24HyC.【Conclusion】 Brain TG increased and brain HDL-C decreased in hyperlipimia rats,and brain TG,LDL-C showed no significant difference.Brain TG’s keep pace with the increasing of brain LDLR and 24HyC,and HDL-C decreased with the increasing of brain LDLR and 24HyC.
