利福布汀治疗耐多药肺结核的疗效观察

目的评价利福布汀治疗耐多药肺结核的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的76例MDR-TB患者随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例),对照组治疗方案为力克肺疾、乙胺丁醇、左氧氟沙星、丙硫异烟胺、阿米卡星;治疗组在此基础上加用利福布汀,疗程18个月。观察2组痰菌阴转率、病灶吸收率、空洞闭合率等情况。结果疗程结束时,治疗组痰菌阴转率为81.6%,高于对照组的60.5%(P<0.05);治疗组病灶吸收率和空洞闭合率分别为86.8%和59.7%,对照组病灶吸收率和空洞闭合率分别为68.4%和42.3%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利福布汀治疗MDR-TB疗效显著,值得应用推广。

Clinical observation of rifabutin in treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of rifabutin treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary(MDR-TB).Method 76 MDR-TB patients were randomly divided into treatment group(38 cases) and control group(38 cases).The control group treatment by pasiniazid,ethambutol,levofloxacin,protionamide and amikacin.At the basis of that,treatmnet group add rifabutin.Both of the two groups treatment for 18 months and then obviation the sputum negative conversion rates,focus absorptivity,cavity closure rates of the two groups.Results The sputum negative conversion rates was 81.6% of the treatment group,it was higher than that of control group(60.5%)when the course completed(P<0.05).The focus absorptivity and cavity closure rate of the treatment group were 86.8% and 59.7%,they were 68.4% and 42.3% in the control group.The treatment group was higher than that of control group.There was significant difference between the two groups.(P<0.05).Conclusions Rifabutin is an effective drug for treatment multi-drug resistant pulmonary,it is value for generalization.
