| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨西酞普兰和氟西汀治疗首发抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:72例首发抑郁症患者随机以西酞普兰或氟西汀双盲治疗6周。结果:西酞普兰和氟西汀均具有良好的抗抑郁作用,疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:西酞普兰治疗抑郁症安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the efficacy and safety of citalopram and fluoxetine in the treatment of the first-episode depression.Method:Seventy-two first-episode depressive patients were double-blindly and randomly received citalopram or fluoxetine treatment for 6 weeks.Results:Both citalopram and fluoxetine had good antidepressive effects.There was no significant difference in the efficacy between two drugs(P>0.05).Conclusion:Citalopram is one of effective and safe antidepressants. |
