Vogt-小柳-原田综合征急性期眼底荧光血管造影分析

目的 分析Vogt-小柳-原田综合征(VKHS)急性期的眼底荧光血管造影特点.方法 对26例(49只眼)VKHS急性期患者进行详细眼部检查,并行眼底彩色照相和眼底荧光血管造影(Fundus fluorescein angiography,FFA)等检查.结果 26例(49只眼)急性期患者FFA表现:造影早期36只眼视盘表面放射状毛细血管扩张、染料渗漏至后期呈强荧光;23只眼后极部及中周部脉络膜背景荧光呈斑点状充盈缺损或迟缓;8只眼放射状条形低荧光;42只眼后极部及中周部表现为多发性强荧光斑点,如墨汁样扩散并彼此融合,后期呈大小不等多湖状染料积存的高荧光.结论 VKHS具有选择性损害视网膜色素上皮的特点,FFA的特征性表现对该病早期具有重要诊断价值.

Fundus fluorescein angiography study of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome at acute period

Objective To study the characteristics in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome(VKHS)at acute period using fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA.Methods Twenty-six cases(49 eyes)of VKHS were examined with fundus color photography and fundus fluoreseein angiography.Results In 26 cases(49 eyes) of VKHS,the characteristics of FFA at acute period showed the radial epipapilary of the optic disc pigmentation and fluorescence leakage in the advanced stagein 36 eyes.Choroid fluorescein was filling defect or later at the post hole of ocular funds in 23 eyes.There were hypofluorescence hangs radiating from the optic disc in 8 eyes.Multiple exudation of retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)appeared in 42 eyes in the early phase.Cystic fluorescein reservoir was observed in the late phase.Conclusions VKHS can selective damage RPE.FFA is all important auxiliary examination of VKHS at acute period.
