穴位埋线法治疗单纯性肥胖症

目的:探讨穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的-临床疗效.方法:将126例单纯性肥胖症患者随机分为治疗组(埋线法)56例和对照组(口服西药西布曲明)70例,对治疗前后体重、腰围、臀围、F%、BMI指数比较.结果:两组治疗前后五项指数比较,P＜0.05疗效;两组疗效比较,P＞0.05,说明两组疗效无明显差异.对于腰围、臀围指标的改善治疗组优于对照组.结论:穴位埋线法治疗简便易行,疗效显著,其塑形效果好,值得临床推广.

Acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of simple obesity

Objective To explore the clinical effects of acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of simple obesity.Methods 126 cases of simple obesity are randomly divided into treatment group(56 cases of acupoint catgut embedding) and control group(70 cases of oral administration of western medicine sibutramine).The body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,distribution rate of body fat(F%) and body mass index(BMI) are compared before and after the slimming treatment.Results As shown in the comparison of the five indexes before and after the treatment(P< 0.05),indicating that the two methods are of significant therapeutic effects;and as shown in the comparison of the two methods(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups are of no significant difference in the therapeutic effects.The treatment group is superior to the control group in terms of improvement of waist circumference and hip circumference.Conclusion The acupoint catgut embedding is simple and easy to manipulate and with obvious therapeutic effects,which is particularly good in the remodeling effect and is worth a popularization.
