广州市2004年维持无脊髓灰质炎状态进展

目的:进一步做好急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测,巩固无脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)成果。方法:根据卫生部《全国2003~2010年保持无脊灰状态行动计划》的要求,对AFP病例监测系统质量和口服脊灰疫苗(OPV)的强化免疫活动进行分析。结果:2004年报告26例AFP病例,<15岁儿童非脊灰AFP病例报告发病率1.43/10万;合格粪便标本采集率84.6%。根据病毒学分类标准,报告的AFP病例均为脊灰排除病例。强化免疫活动第一轮服苗率98.36%,第二轮98.6%。结论:2004年AFP病例各项质控指标均达到世界卫生组织(WHO)和卫生部无脊灰证实的标准。但仍然存在免疫薄弱地带等问题。

Analysis on keeping polio-free in Guangzhou in 2004

Objective: In order to supply the basis about the Acute Flaccid Paralysis(AFP) cases surveillance and to maintain the poliofree state,.Methods: According to the requirement of "national operation plan for maintaining polio-free 2003-2010",the AFP case surveillance system and the outline immunization coverage of OPV were analyzed.Results: 26 AFP cases reported in 2004 were non-poliomyelitis case.Reported incidence of non-polio AFP cases aged below 15 years old was 1.43/100000 and collection rate of adequate stool specimens was 84.6%.The outline immunization coverage rate of OPV for the first round was 98.36% and the second round was 98.6%.Conclusion: All the indicators attained the WHO standards and even kept over of it,but the question still existed that some area were of less immunization on Poliomyelitis.
