| 摘 要： | 双膦酸类药物是目前临床上治疗骨疾病的重要药物。此药物可能引起严重并发症——颌骨坏死。口腔种植牙作为目前治疗缺牙的主要方法之一,广泛应用于口腔治疗中。而种植牙手术可能诱发双膦酸类药物相关的颌骨骨坏死。种植牙手术和双膦酸盐药物之间的相互关系值得进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Biosphosphonates is a kind of important medicine in treating bone diseases.However,it causes serious complications named as bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of jaw.Dental implant which is widely used in oral treatment is an important method in treating missing teeth.However,dental implant surgery may cause the bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis.It is extremely important to study the relationship between the effects of implant surgery on the patients and the risk of bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of jaw. |
