"三豆饮"总皂苷降血糖活性研究

目的考察"三豆饮"总皂苷的降血糖活性,为研制优良的糖尿病治疗药物提供理论依据.方法腹腔注射四氧嘧啶(200mg/kg)建立小鼠高血糖动物模型,5d后测空腹血糖并筛选出高血糖小鼠,随机分为5组,以消渴丸为阳性对照药(3g/kg),每天灌服不同剂量"三豆饮"总皂苷(50,100,200mg/kg),4周内测定小鼠体重、血糖、糖耐量实验以及对四氧嘧啶高血糖小鼠的肝肾系数的影响.结果与模型组比较,"三豆饮"总皂苷可明显改善糖尿病的症状,但对小鼠体重没有影响."三豆饮"总皂苷可显著降低四氧嘧啶高血糖小鼠的血糖,明显改善糖耐量,且显著降低其肝,肾系数.结论"三豆饮"总皂苷具有明显的降血糖作用,优于消渴丸.

Hyperglycemia lowing effect of total saponins from three-soybean liquid

Objective To investigate the hyperglycemia lowing effect of total saponines from Three-soybean liquid(TS-TSL) and provide theoretical evidence for developing perfect drugs against diabetes.Methods A hyperglycemia mice model was successfully developed by treating normal Kunming mice with Alloxan (ip,200 mg/kg).Diabetic mice were screened out by measuring the level of blood glucose afer 5 d. These mice were divided into 5 groups. Xiaoke pills(3 g/kg) were used as positive control. TS-TSL was orally administered continuously at the dose of 50,100,200 mg/kg respectively for 4 w. The body weight, the level of blood glucose, the capacity of glucose tolerance, liver coefficient and kidney coefficient were detected during the 4-week experiment.Results Compared with Alloxan model group, TS-TSL was capable to improve the cardinal symptoms of diabetic mice, such as water-intake and food-intake, but had no effect on body weight. Meanwhile, TS-TSL could significantly reduce the level of blood glucose, remarkably improve the capacity of glucose tolerance and markedly increase the liver and kidney coefficient in alloxan-inducing diabetic mice.Conclusion TS-TSL was shown to exert the significant hyperglycemia lowing effect, better than Xiaoke pills.
