| 摘 要： | 目的:总结腹腔镜行直肠癌根治术的临床经验。方法:2006年8月至2007年8月行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术20例,其中Dixon手术14例,Miles手术6例。结果:手术均获成功,无中转开腹,平均手术时间220min,术中平均出血量130ml,术后肠功能恢复时间平均28h,患者生活质量好。随访3~15个月无复发转移,平均住院14d。结论:腹腔镜治疗直肠癌具有患者创伤小、并发症少、出血少、肠功能恢复快、住院时间短等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical experience of laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer.Methods:Twenty patients with rectal cancer were operated by laparoscope between Aug.2006 and Aug.2007,14 of them received Dixon,and 6 received Miles.Results:All of them were operated successfully with no conversion,the mean operation time was 220min,the average blood loss was 130ml in the operation,and the average time for the recovery of intestinal function was 28h postoperatively.The follow-up time ranged form 3 to 15... |
