IgA肾病54例的临床与病理关系

目的 探讨IgA肾病的临床和病理关系，研究其间可能存在的规律性。方法 根据本组54例IgA肾病患的临床表现及其病理改变，包括其免疫荧光检查和电镜检查进行综合分析．结果 临床各型IgA肾病的组织病理学都以微小病变为主；但伴有高血压例外，它以硬化型为主。有大量蛋白尿，其肾功能损害较重。结论 对临床上不明原因的蛋白尿及血尿患，必要时可作肾组织活检以资鉴别诊断。

The correlation between clinical manifestations and pathology in 54 cases of IgA nephropathy

Objective To study the correlation between clinic manifestations and pathology of patients with IgA nephropathy. Methods Clinical manifestations, pathological change, immunofluorescence and electron microscopic examination of 54 cases with IgA nephropathy were analysed comprehensively. Results Almost all histopathology of each kinds of IgA nephropathy showed minimal lesions, while that with hypertention belonged to nephrosderosis. If proleinuria was profuse, renal function was damaged severely. Conclusion Renal biopsy is indicated for albuminuria and hematuria of unknown cause.
