| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重症监护病房患者院内感染发生的危险因素。方法：对2002年1月1日。2004年8月30日收治重症监护病房48小时以上的828例患者，采用前瞻性的调查方法，应用多因素logistic回归分析进行统计。结果：昏迷、气管切开、机械通气、低蛋白血症和抑酸剂的使用是发生院内感染的危险因素。结论：重症监护病房应根据患者院内感染发病的危险因素，采取相应的预防措施。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the risk factors of nosocomial infections in patients at ICU.Methods:A prospective epidemiological study was performed over the data of 828 patients in ICU for more than 48 hours hospitalized from January in the year 2002 to August,2004.A multifactorial Logistic regression analysis was conducted.Results:The following five factors were significantly considered as the risk facotrs of nosocomial infection:coma,tracheotomy,mechanical ventilation,lower Alb and administration of antacids.Conclusions:Relavent preventive measures should be takan in accordance with the risk factors of nosocomial infections at ICU. |
