摘    要:该研究阐明了每搏连续无创血压监测系统(CNAP)基于动脉容积钳制法的工作原理、在临床的应用现状,通过介绍CNAP与目前常用的有创及无创血流动力学监测系统的比较,分别阐述各种监测系统的优势及不足,突出CNAP实时、连续、无创的优点,并指出CNAP在准确性方面的不足,最后展望了其更广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The working principle of continuous non-invasive arterial pressure monitoring system(CNAP)was expounded,based on arterial volume clamp method.The currently common used hemodynamic monitoring systems of invasive and noninvasive were both introduced.The existing hemodynamics monitoring systems were compared and the advantages and disadvantages of various monitoring systems were listed.The current situation of CNAP applied in the clinic was introduced.It was highlighted that CNAP is real-time,continuous and noninvasive,and then the shortcomings of CNAP in accuracy was pointed out.Finally,the wider application of CNAP was pr ospected.
