核桃灸联合穴位按摩辅治干眼症临床观察

目的:观察核桃灸联合穴位按摩辅治干眼症的临床效果。方法:68例随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,两组均用人工泪液滴眼常规治疗,观察组加用核桃灸和穴位按摩治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组自觉症状评分均下降且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),两组BUT、SIT指标均较治疗前升高且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:核桃灸联合穴位按摩辅治干眼症可提高泪液分泌量,延长泪膜破裂时间效果较好。

Clinical Observation on Walnut Moxibustion Combined with Acupoint Massage in Auxiliary Treatment of Dry Eye

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of walnut moxibustion combined with acupoint massage on dry eye syndrome.Methods:Sixty-eight cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with artificial tears in routine eye drops,and the observation group was treated with walnut moxibustion and acupoint massage in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-consciousness in the two groups decreased and those in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The BUT and SIT indexes of the two groups were both higher than those before treatment and those in the observation group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Walnut moxibustion combined with acupoint massage can improve the secretion of tears and prolong the tear film breakup time.
