| Abstract: | Using BD CantoⅡflow cytometer as an example,the standard method for detecting native cells and resting T cells in normal human peripheral blood was introduced,and the process of establishing experimental templates such as instrument calibration,voltage adjustment and compensation adjustment was demonstrated;taking BD Influx flow cytometer as an example,the structure and functional features of the flow cytometer were described along with the technical training for the platform multi-colour flow cytometry.The common faults of BD Influx flow cytometers,their causes and treatment methods were listed,and the integrated management mode of routine maintenance and special technical training of the flow cytometers were discussed,aiming to provide references for relevant instrument managers and users as well as research institutes to improve the management and service of the flow cytometer. |
