| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了医科达Versa HD直线加速器辐射头的工作原理,分析了与辐射头相关的5例联锁故障出现的原因并给出了具体的维修方法,为其他维修人员维修同类设备提供参考.最后指出了靶、电离室、过滤器等与剂量相关的部件以及反光镜、摄像头光学系统、钨门等与灯光野相关的部件维修完成后要进行检测与校准,以保证设备使用安全.

| Abstract: | The working principle of the radiation head for Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator was introduced.The causes of five cases of interlock failures associated with the radiation head were analyzed and specific repair methods were given to provide references for other maintenance personnel repairing similar equipment.Finally,it is pointed out that dose-related components such as targets,ionization chambers and filters as well as light field related components such as reflectors,camera optical systems and tungsten doors should be tested and calibrated after the repair was completed to ensure the safety of the equipment in use.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(2):102-105] |
