卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂误诊分析

目的 探讨卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂的临床特征和误诊原因。方法 对1999—2006年国内医学术期刊报道的66例卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂进行统计、分析。结果 卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂发生于育龄期妇女，多有痛经史，以突发下腹疼痛为主，伴恶心、呕吐及腹膜刺激征等，常易误诊疾病为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、异位妊娠、急性阑尾炎、黄体破裂。结论 卵巢巧克力囊肿破裂具有一定的临床特征，加强对该病的认识可减少误诊的发生，
