原发性肝细胞癌组织的肿瘤标记物

应用免疫组化技术（ＰＡＰ法和ＡＢＣ法）以８种肿瘤标记物（ＡＡＴ，ＡＡＣＴ，ＡＦＰ，ＲＣＡ，ＷＧＡ，ＬＣＡ，ＳＢＡ，ＰＮＡ）标记７４例原发性肝细胞癌（ＨＣＣ）和１０例正常肝组织。结果表明，ＡＡＴ，ＡＡＣＴ，ＡＦＰ，ＲＣＡ阳性率分别为６８．９％，６４．９％，５２．７％，８５．１％，有特异性，是诊断ＨＣＣ有意义的标记物。ＲＣＡ受体出现是ＨＣＣ重要标记，说明癌变后细胞内及细胞表面糖链结构发生变化。ＲＣＡ是否可作为运载生物弹头，作抗癌药物的载体导向治疗ＨＣＣ值得研究。提示多种标记物联合检测可提高阳性率，起到互补作用，大大提高对ＨＣＣ的识别。

Tumor Markers of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Seventy-four hepatocellular carcinoma and ten non-neoplastic liver tissue were examined for the presence of tumor markers by the immunohistochemistry method. The following markers were tested: AAT, AACT, AFP, RCA, WGA, LCA, SBA, PNA. In these cases, AAT was present in 68.9%, AACT in 64.9%, AFP in 52.7%, RCA in 85.1%, WGA in 47.3%,LCA in 17.6%, SBA in 13.5%, PNA in 10.8%. Among these markers, RCA yielded the highest positive rate, 63 cases (85.1%) of 74 hepatocellular carcinomas. The RCA binding might be used as a new method for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. These results suggest that combination of AAT/AFP, AACT/AFP and RCA/AFP determination would be a better screening method than that by AFP alone for survey of hepatocellular carcinoma.
