| 摘 要： | 肝细胞生长因子（HGF）通过与受体c-Met结合,参与了多种妇产科疾病如妇科肿瘤、子宫内膜异位症及妊娠期高血压疾病的发生发展,本文综述了HGF在这些妇产科疾病中的表达及可能的作用机制。

| Abstract: | Hepatocyte growth factor participates in many gynecologic and obstetric diseases such as gynecological tumor, endometriosis and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy by combination with its receptor c-Met. This article reviews the expression and mechanism of HGF in these diseases. |
