我院2005年住院患者抗真菌注射剂利用分析

目的:评价抗真菌注射剂在我院住院患者中的应用现状,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2005年使用氟康唑注射液、大扶康注射液、斯皮仁诺注射液、注射用两性霉素B灭菌粉末及注射用安浮特克灭菌粉末的142位病例进行回顾性分析。结果:感染部位以呼吸系统感染居多,白色念珠菌为主要致病菌;真菌感染与原发疾病、广谱抗菌药的广泛应用有关;注射用抗真菌药应用基本合理,安浮特克粉针存在用量偏小的问题。结论:合理应用抗菌药物是预防和减少院内真菌感染的关键。

Inpatient Use of Antifungal Injection of Our Hospital in 2005

OBJECTIVE:To study the use of antifungal injection in inpatients of our hospital.METHODS:A retrospective analysis was conducted of 142 randomly selected cases treated in 2005 with fluconazole injection, diflucan injection, sporanox injection, amphotericin B sterilized powder for injection or amphotec sterilized powder for injection .RESULTS: The infection sites were mostly seen in the respiratory system,and the main pathogenic bacteria were Candida albicans.Fungous infection was associated with primary disease and the extensive use of broad - spectrum antibiotics.The use of antifungal agents for injection in our hospital was rational in general, except that dosing of amphotec sterilized powder for injection tended to be small.CONCLUSION:Rational use of antibiotics is the key to preventing and reducing nosocomial fungal infections.
