摘    要:【摘要】 目的  对福建省福鼎市2011年一起进食紫贻贝引起腹泻性贝类毒素中毒的爆发疫情进行调查处置分析,为今后预防和监管提供依据。 方法  采用现场流行病学调查、病例对照研究、剂量效应关系和实验室分析。 结果  患者症状与紫贻贝引起腹泻性贝类毒素中毒症状相似,综合本次中毒病例的临床表现特征、病例对照研究、剂量效应关系、实验室检测结果和干预措施有效性判断,本次中毒事件为进食紫贻贝导致的腹泻性贝类毒素中毒。 结论  政府食品安全相关部门应当加强海洋赤潮监测及对相关贝类进行毒素检测,及时发布信息和贝类食用安全预警,杜绝此类食物中毒事件的发生。

Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective  To analyze the measures taken in 2011 to a diarrheic shellfish poisoning (DSP) incident caused by consumption of blue mussels in Fuding city of Fujian Province in order to facilitate prevention and supervision of such events in the future. Methods  Upon reporting the incident, a series of measures were taken, including epidemiologic field investigation, case-control study, dose-effect response and laboratory tests. Results  The incident was qualified as sea-food poisoning due to ingestion of the blue mussels in compliance with the patient’s symptoms of diarrhea, clinical features, case-control study, dose-effect response and laboratory findings as well as treatment. Conclusion  Such incidents indicate that the local official sections responsible for food safety should enhance comprehensive surveillance over the red tide, prompt determination of the toxin level in local mussels, timely release of the information on mussel safety in order to prevent occurrence of DSP events.
