腰椎间盘髓核切吸术和臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效比较

目的研究腰椎间盘髓核切吸术和臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分成两组,即对照组和实验组,每组50例,对照组采用腰椎间盘髓核切吸术,实验组采用臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症,比较两组患者的有效率及治疗前后生活质量的评分。结果实验组的有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后生活质量评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后生活质量评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗后生活质量评分略高于对照组治疗后,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效优于腰椎间盘髓核切吸术,两种方法治疗后患者的生活质量均得到提高,臭氧注射是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种新方法。

The Comparison of the Efficacy for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Cut Aspiration and Injection of Ozone in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To study the clinical efficacy for lumbar intervertebral disc cut aspiration and injection of ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely the control group and experimental group, n = 50. The control group was taken with lumbar intervertebral disc cut aspiration, and the experimental group used ozone injection for lumbar disc herniation. The efficiency and quality of life scores before and after treatment for the two groups were compared. Results The efficiency rate of the experimental group was higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The quality of life score for the control group after treatment was better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The quality of life score in the experimental group after treatment was better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The quality of life score in the experimental group after treatment was slightly higher than after treatment, there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Ozone injection for lumbar disc herniation of lumbar intervertebral disc cut is more effective than aspiration. The quality of life have improved for thetwo methods after treatment. The ozone injection is a new method for lumbar disc herniation.
