两种不同皮瓣分离方法在乳腺癌改良根治术中的临床研究

目的探讨两种不同皮瓣分离方法在乳腺癌改良根治术中的临床应用。方法将我院2005年6月至2011年6月的122例乳腺癌改良根治术患者随机分为手术刀组和电刀组。手术刀61例采用手术刀刺皮分离的方法。电刀组61例采用电刀分离的方法。结果手术刀组在手术时间、术后引流量、并发症(皮下积液和皮瓣坏死)的发生率方面少于电刀组,术中出血多于电刀组。结论乳腺癌改良根治术中使用肾上腺素盐水皮下浸润后手术刀刺皮游离皮瓣的方法优于电刀分离皮瓣的方法。

Clinical Research of Two Skin Flap Dissection Methods for Modified Radical Masfectomy

Objective To analyze the significance of two skin flap dissection methods for modified radical masfectomy. Mehtods Will my courtyard in 2005 June to 2011 June, 122 patients after modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer patients were randomLy divided into operation knife and knife set. In 61 cases with operation operation knife knife husk separation method. Electric knife group 61 cases by electric knife separation method. Results In the scalpel group, the operation time, postoperative drainage volume and complications （skin flap necrosis and accumulative liquid of subcutaneous） were obviously decreased. The intraoperation bleeding volume was added in the scalpel group. Conclusion Scalpel dissection following subcutaneous injection of epinephrine saline solution is better than electrocautery dissection.
