| 摘 要： | 随着老龄化人口的数量逐渐增加，心血管疾病已是老年人致死的首位原因，而适量运动是老年心血管疾病康复中重要组成部分。文章通过对国内外老年心血管疾病患者不同康复运动方法、实施地点及评价进行了综述，以期为今后老年心血管疾病患者能在家中进行康复运动提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the increasing of older people, cardiovascular diseases has become the leading cause of death in the elderly, and appropriate exercise is an important part of the rehabilitation treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This paper reviewed different methods of rehabilitation exercises, implementation places and evaluation in elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases, so as to provide references for home rehabilitation in elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases. |
