| 摘 要： | 文章从心力衰竭患者限水的概念、认识演变、执行情况、依从性及影响因素方面进行了归纳总结，并在结合限水治疗对心力衰竭患者造成的负面影响基础上提出相应建议，认为常规对症处理外，应综合考虑多方面因素对心力衰竭患者的限水治疗制订一个可测量的个体化方案是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the concept, development of guidelines, practice, compliance and influencing factors of fluid restriction in patients with heart failure, and put forward corresponding suggestions in combination with negative impacts of fluid restriction treatment on heart failure patients. It was necessary to develop a measurable and individualized fluid restriction program based on comprehensive consideration of various factors for patients. |
