应急救援中野战医疗所的护理组织管理

摘    要:目的探讨应急救援中野战医疗所护理组织管理的做法,为今后应急救援积累实战经验。方法快速启动医学救援应急预案,合理调配护理人力资源,落实工作制度,做好灾区消毒隔离及卫生防疫工作。结果野战医疗所共救治伤病员2 999人次,开展手术26例,巡诊6 500人次,开展消毒隔离及卫生防疫工作面积44万平方米,确保了灾区无疫情发生,手术病人无一例感染等并发症发生,无护理缺陷、差错事故发生。结论快速启动应急预案、合理调配人力资源、严格落实工作制度、抓好消毒防疫工作是野战医疗所完成应急救援任务的有力保障。

Abstract:Objective To explore the practice of nursing organization and management of field medical clinics in emergency rescue and to accumulate actual combat experience for future. Methods The management included starting medical rescue emergency plans quickly, allocating nursing human resources reasonably, implementing working systems, and doing work of disinfection and isolation, health epidemic prevention in disaster area well. Results Totally 2,999 sick and wounded were treated and cured in the field medical clinic, 26 cases of operation were implemented, 6,500 cases accepted toured diagnosis and 440,000 square meters area was dealt with disinfection and isolation and health epidemic prevention. It ensured the disaster area free of the epidemic situation, complication, nursing defect and mistakes. Conclusion Starting medical rescue emergency plans quickly, allocating human resources reasonably,implementing work systems strictly and doing disinfection and epidemic prevention work well are strong guarantees for field medical clinics to complete rescue mission.
