阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床效果分析

目的观察阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床效果,提高临床治疗水平。方法选取我院自2008年3月至2010年5月收治的96例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组(阿立哌唑治疗组)46例和对照组(氯氮平治疗组)50例,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果①观察组显效28例,有效15例,总有效率为93.5%;对照组显效17例,有效24例,总有效率为82.0%。两组患者比较差异显著(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。②观察组头痛2例,失眠1例,无锥体外系不良反应发生,不良反应发生率为6.52%;对照组心动过速3例,体质量增加3例,腹泻2例,白细胞减少1例,不良反应发生率为18.0%。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异显著(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。结论阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症效果理想,且临床用药安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Clinical Effects Analysis of Aripiprazole Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective Observation of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia clinical effect,improve the level of clinical treatment.Methods In our hospital from 2008 March to 2010 May,96 cases of patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the observation group（46 cases treated with aripiprazole group） and control group（clozapine treatment group） in 50 patients,comparing the two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results ① The observation group 28 cases,effective in 15 cases,the total effective rate was 93.5%;the control group 17 cases,effective in 24 cases,the total effective rate was 82%.In two groups of patients with marked difference（P 0.01）,with statistical significance.②The observation group 2 cases of headache,insomnia 1 cases,no extrapyramidal adverse reaction,the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.52%;the control group heartbeat tachycardia in 3 cases,a weight gain of 3 cases,2 cases of diarrhea,neutropenia in 1 patients,the incidence of adverse reactions to 18%.Two groups of patients the incidence of adverse reactions compared with significant difference（P0.01）,with statistical significance.Conclusion Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia effect is ideal,and the clinical medication safety is higher,it is worthy of popularization and application.
