| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对住院妊娠期高血压疾病患者应用首诊护士负责制下的健康教育路径的效果。方法在产一科120例妊娠期高血压疾病患者中试行首诊护士负责制下的健康教育路径,并与产二科120例妊娠期高血压疾病患者比较疾病知识掌握情况及子痫发生率的差异,调查患者对健康教育工作的满意度。结果实验组患者子痫发生率低于对照组(P<0.01);健康知识掌握程度和满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论首诊护士负责制下的健康教育路径应用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者,有利于妊娠期高血压疾病患者的健康,降低了子痫的发生率,提高了患者对护理质量的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of the application of health education pathway by first responsibility nurse in gestational hypertension nursing. Methods A total of 120 patients were recruited as the experimental group and the health education pathway by the first nurse with responsibility were implemen- ted. The understanding degree of knowledge and the incidence of eclampsia, and the patients satisfaction of health education were investigated. Results The inci- dence of eclampsia in the experimental group was lower and the knowledge and satisfaction degree were higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Application of the health education pathway by the first responsibility nurse can improve the health status and promote the satisfaction of nursing services in gestational hypertension nursing. |
