| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外固定架治疗肱骨干骨折疗效。方法采用单纯外固定架治疗肱骨干26例。结果本组获随访的26例患者,经3~18个月的随访,平均5个月,骨折均愈合,愈合时间3~5个月,平均4个月。结论单纯外固定架固定术治疗肱骨干骨折反映了骨折治疗的BO及微创外科理念的精髓,利于骨折愈合,避免二次手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the external fixator in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures. Methods A simple external fixator in the treatment of humeral shaft in 26 cases. Results In this group of cases were followed up for 26 patients, the 3-18 months of follow-up, an average of 5 months, all fractures healed, healing time of 3-5 months, an average of 4 months. Conclusion Simple external fxation for the treatment of fracture of shaft of humerus fractures treated with BO and reflects the essence of the concept of minimally invasive surgery, favorable for the healing of the fracture, to avoid a two operation. |
