人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

目的探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法将60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予患者人工股骨头置换术治疗,对照组给予患者动力髋螺钉内固定治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组优良率为100%,对照组优良率为73.33%,两组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有住院时间短、并发症少、能够早期下床活动,骨愈合率高,术后康复良好等优点,适合高龄患者,是一种有效的临床治疗方法。

Treat the Old Prosthesis Replacement Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective Explore treat the old prosthesis replacement intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical effect. Methods 60 patients with old age of intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into trial group and control group each 30 cases, the observation group gives patients prosthesis replacement therapy, the control group gives patients power hip screw internal fixation for compared with two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results The observation group was 100%, the control group was 73.33%, two groups of comparisons with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treat the old prosthesis replacement intertrochanteric fractures have shorter hospitalization time, fewer complications, and early to bed activities, bone healing rate is high, postoperative rehabilitation advantages, such as good, suitable for elderly patients with, is a kind of effective clinical treatment.
