| 摘 要： | 目的探讨过敏原点刺试验的护理风险管理方法。方法针对过敏原点刺试验中存在的及潜在的护理风险进行分析评估，加强质量控制和学习培训。结果实施护理风险管理后，点刺处出血、点刺针划伤发生率降低（P〈0．01），无意外事件发生；患者及家属对护理工作满意度提高（P〈0．01）。结论护理风险管理降低1r护理缺陷发生率，提高了患者及家属对护理工作的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the management methods of nursing risks in allergen skin prick tests. Method The existing and potential risks in aller- prick were analyzed, and nursing quality control and training were strengthened. Results After the implementation of nursing risk management, the rate of bleeding at the puncture point and the incidence of needle prick scratch were decreased （P 〈 0.01 ） , and no accidents happened. The satisfaction of patients and their families to nursing was increased （ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Management of nursing risks can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing defects and improve the satisihction of patients and their families to nursing. |
