| 摘 要： | 目的调查新疆地区外科护士对包虫病的认知现状。方法采用自行设计的问卷对733名外科护士进行包虫病相关知识及对培训方式需求的问卷调查。结果外科护士对包虫病知识认知存在一定欠缺；影响外科护士对包虫病知识认知度的因素包括年龄、医院等级和学历。外科护士对培训的需求呈现多样化、针对性的特点。结论管理者应针对性选择培训方式，提高外科护士对包虫病知识认知的水平，从而为包虫病患者提供高质量护理服务。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of cognition about echinococcosis among surgical nurses in Xinjiang region. Methods A total of 733 nurses in surgical departments completed a self - designed questionnaire about their cognition of echinococeosis and training needs. Results Surgical nurses lacked enough cognition of echinococcosis. The influencing factors included nurses＂ age, education background, and the level of hospitals. The demand of training was diversification and targeted. Conclusion Nursing manager should provide targeted training to improve the nurses＂ cognition of eehinococeosis and enhance the quality of nursing. |
