丙酸倍氯米松鼻用气雾剂改良法治疗感染后咳嗽的临床体会

目的探讨伯克纳(丙酸倍氯米松)鼻用气雾剂改良法治疗感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法把我院呼吸科和普通内科门诊2006年2月至2011年12月诊治的感染后咳嗽患者144例,随机分成对照组和治疗组各72例。对照组口服止咳、平喘、抗过敏等常规药物,加以必可酮(丙酸倍氯米松)经口吸入,均不全身运用激素;治疗组是在对照组的口服药物基础上加用伯克纳鼻用气雾剂改良法经鼻吸入,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组的疗效明显好于对照组,P<0.05。结论丙酸倍氯米松鼻用气雾剂改良法治疗感染后咳嗽疗效好,而且患者易操作。

Clinical Evaluation of Applying Beclometasone Dipropionate Steam-dosage via Improved Nose Inhalation for Cough Post Infection Treatment

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of applying Beconase（Beclometasone Dipropionate） steam-dosage via improved nose inhalation for cough post infection treatment.Methods One hundred and forty four patients from Breath-treatment department and Medical department during February,2006 and December,2011,were divided into two groups at random.Seventy two patients in control group were treated with routine medicines on cough and breathe difficulty relief as well as anti-allergy,combining with Becotide（Beclometasone Dipropionate） Steam-dosage via mouth inhalation.No hormone treatment was involved.While the other seventy two patients in treatment group were treated with Beconase（Beclometasone Dipropionate） steam-dosage via improved nose inhalation on the basis of routine medicines treatment as the control group.The therapy of these two groups was compared with each other.Results The therapy in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of Beconase（Beclometasone Dipropionate） steam-dosage via improved nose inhalation for cough post infection treatment has good clinical effect.And it is easily operated by patients.
