氟离子选择电极法检测芦荟叶片皮氟离子含量

摘    要:目的检测芦荟叶片中氟离子(F^-)的含量。方法根据电位和F^-浓度的对数成正比,采用F^-选择电极法检测新鲜芦荟叶片皮中F^-含量。结果芦荟叶片皮F^-含量为0.215~0.294mg/kg;往待测样品加入一定量标准样品,检测其回收率为100%~120%。结论检测芦荟样本的F^-含量未超过限定范围,可用于人体。

Abstract:Objective To develope a method for determination of fluoride in leaf of aloe. Methods Fluoride in leaf of aloe was determined by fluorine ion selective electrode. Results The retrieval rate was 100%-120% when tested with standard sample. The 0. 215-0. 294 mg/kg. Conclusion Content of fluoride in leaf of aloe is of drinking water. It can be used for human. content of fluoride in leaf aloe was less than that of Chinese standard of drinking water. It can be used for human.
