摘    要:目的 研究神经生长因子对局部瘢痕组织中肥大细胞等炎性细胞及胶原沉积的影响,探讨增生性瘢痕病理性胶原代谢的启动因素。方法 以大鼠背部创面愈合后瘢痕为研究模型,采用常规HE、天青-A及VG染色和计算机图像分析,研究神经生长因子对局部瘢痕组织中肥大细胞等炎性细胞及胶原沉积的影响。结果 注射神经生长因子后局部瘢痕组织中肥大细胞、巨噬细胞、白细胞及淋巴细胞的数量及活化程度、胶原纤维分布的面密度都非常显著增加

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) on inflammatory cells and collagen deposition in local scar tissues after wound healing for the possible roles of NGF in hypertrophic scar (HS). Methods Full skin thickness wounds were inflicted in the back of 15 male rats. After wound healing, NGF and normal saline were injected into local scar once a day respectively. Three days later, the scar and nearby normal skin tissues were removed and proceeded with HE staining, Azure A staining and VG staining. Computer image analysis was carried out. Results The amounts and activity of mast cells, macrophages, polymorphonuclear leukocytes and lymphocytes were increased in the NGF treated group. In this group, the density of collagenous fiber was increased in scar tissues as compared with control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion NGF could not only augment the migration and activation of mast cells and other inflammatory cells, but also enhance collagen deposition in local scar tissues after wound healing, so NGF may play an essential role in the development of HS.
