| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌的声像图特点。 方法 对 12 8例胃癌的声像图资料进行分析。 结果 胃癌的声像有胃壁增厚、胃壁肿块、胃功能失常及转移征象四种表现 ;超声对癌肿浸润胃壁深度的判断与病理组织学诊断的符合率为 75 %。 结论 超声对胃癌有较高的诊断价值

| Abstract: | Objective\ To evaluate the sonographic features of gastric cancer.\ Methods\ 128 cases with gastric cancer were analysed about the sonographic features.\ Results\ The sonographic features of gastric cancer include pachynsis and mass, dysfunction of the stomach wall, and other metastatic signs.\ Ultrasonography may judge the infiltrating depth of gastric tumour.\ The accordance rate was 75%.\ Conclusion\ Ultrasonography is a helpful method in diagnosis of gastric cancer. |
