| 摘 要： | 角膜上皮的完整是透明角膜的基础，当各种原因造成角膜缘的部分或全部缺损，则可导致角膜上皮修复不良，表现为角膜持续的糜烂或溃疡、结膜上皮长入和新生血管形成等，即角膜缘缺陷症。本研究就角膜缘缺陷症的病因、发病机制、组织学特点、临床表现、诊断和治疗方案的进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | The integrity of the corneal epithelium is based on a transparent cornea. Partial or total coloboma of the corneal limbus will lead to poor healing of the epithelium,or even worse,persistent erosion or ulceration,conjunctivalization and vascularization,etc. This paper reviews etiological factors,pathogenesis,histological characteristics,clinical behavior,diagnosis and updated treatment strategies. |
