MEBO联合EGF治疗烧伤残余创面的临床研究

目的：探讨湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）联合重组人表皮生长因子（EGF）在治疗烧伤残余创面的临床效果,为临床医生提供参考。方法：将89例患者随机分为观察组46例和对照组43例,前者应用MEBO和EGF治疗,后者应用京万红软膏治疗,治疗时间为两个疗程,每个疗程5～7 d,疗程结束比较治疗效果。结果：观察组可以有效清除创面细菌、减少痛苦、缩短愈合时间和减少瘢痕形成,疗效显著（P〈0.01）。结论：MEBO联合EGF治疗烧伤残余创面效果显著,方法简单、方便,值得临床推广应用。

MEBO plus EGF in Treatment of Patients with Residual Burn Wound

OBJECTIVE ： To explore the clinical effect of MEBO plus EGF in the treatment of patients with residual burn wound for reference of clinician. METHODS： A total of 89 patients were randomly assigned to receive MEBO plus EGF （trial group, n = 46） or Jingwanhong cream （control group, n = 43） for two courses （one course was defined as 5 - 7 d）, then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. RESULTS ： The trial group showed remarkable clinical efficacy, with better antibacterial effect, reduced pain, shorter healing time and reduced cicatrization （P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： MEBO plus EGF showed remarkable clinical efficacy for residual burn wound, and the drug is simple and convenient to use, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
