| Abstract: | Operation is the main means of treatment for early stage endometrial carcinoma,the combination of operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be given for advanced stage endometrial carcinoma.The op-erative modality is not consistent for early stage at present.There are controversies in coordination of operation and radiotherapy for advanced stage.There still exist different views in applications of chemotherapy. |
