| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对尿道下裂修复术后严重并发症的认识和治疗水平。结果 总结1993年10月至2001年12月我院收治的41例尿道下裂后严重并发症再手术治疗的资料并进行分析。结果 再手术并发症率17％，4例术后尿瘘经手术修补成功，3例术后尿道口狭窄经尿道管扩张后缓解，最终全部治愈，外观满意率为49％。结论 应尽力避免尿道下裂术后严重并发症的发生，针对严重并发症的不同病变特点选择不同的术式仍能达到满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To upgrade the understanding and management of severe complications post urethroplasty.Methods To analyse clinical data and results in treating 41 boys with severe complications post urethroplasty from October 1993 to December 2001.Results 7(17%) of 41 cases,4 with fistula and 3 with meatal stenosis,had been operated again and all cured with satisfactory cosmetic results.Conclusion It is of great importance to avoid severe complications post urethroplasty and in case of its occurrence,corrective operation is necessary. |
