| 摘 要： | 目的了解人工流产妇女避孕和流产情况,探讨针对流动人口开展规范化流产后计划生育服务的必要性。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对1 494名人工流产妇女进行调查,比较流动妇女与户籍妇女本次妊娠原因、重复流产率、高危流产率等有无差异。结果流动妇女与户籍妇女的年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、工作稳定性、月均收入的构成比比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。流动妇女与户籍妇女的重复流产率、高危流产率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论流动人口中人工流产妇女的年龄相对较小、文化程度较低、工作不稳定、收入低、重复流产率高、高危流产率高。针对流动人口开展流产后计划生育服务需求迫切。
