| 摘 要： | 目的探讨激光联合泡沫硬化杂交手术治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法将72例大隐静脉曲张患者分成两组,分别行激光联合泡沫硬化杂交手术和单纯激光治疗;比较两组的手术时间、住院天数、局部并发症发生率和局部复发率。结果两组手术时间、住院天数和局部并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组局部复发率分别为5.0%和5.2%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论激光联合泡沫硬化疗法的杂交手术是一种新的治疗方法,较单纯激光治疗更具优势。
