| 摘 要： | 目的探讨女性人格特征与乳腺癌发病的关系。方法通过1:1配对的病例对照研究设计,采用国际通用的明尼苏达多相人格测试量表(MMPI)对女性乳腺癌患者的个性因素及人格特征进行调查分析及评价。结果将P<0.05的一般危险因素与MMPI临床量表中的疑病、抑郁、癔症、精神病态、男子气、偏执、精神衰弱、精神分裂症、轻躁狂和社会内向10项个性特征一起进行条件Logistic回归分析发现,除了体质指数、口服避孕药、不参加体育锻炼、肿瘤家族史和既往灾难经历以外,女性乳腺癌患者所表现出的精神病态、轻躁狂和癔症的人格特征是乳腺癌发病的影响因素(OR值分别为0.865、1.714和0.860,P<0.05)。结论精神病态、轻躁狂和癔症人格特征与女性乳腺癌的发病可能存在一定的联系。
