| 摘 要： | 目的评价乳制品对绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的预防及治疗效果。方法采用Cochrane系统评价法,检索中英文数据库,纳入乳制品预防及治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的随机或半随机对照试验。结果共纳入8项研究,包括940例骨密度正常妇女。纳入试验均为随机对照研究,其中6项为平行对照研究,2项为交叉对照研究。纳入研究均未交代具体随机方法,整体质量偏低。结果显示,连续食用乳制品2年及以上,可以减缓髋部总体和股骨颈等处的骨密度降低速度。结论乳制品可以减缓局部骨密度的下降,且有依从性好及副反应少的特点。但目前纳入研究质量较低,证据强度较弱,应谨慎对待该结论。
