| 摘 要： | 目的了解全科住院医师规范化培训开展的实际情况,探讨完善培养制度的有效途径,为解决全科医师培养问题提供理论依据。方法对2010年参加上海市住院医师规范化培训(全科医学科)的培训学员进行问卷调查。结果 80.0%的学员认为在当前形势下医学院校毕业生有必要在从事医疗工作前经过住院医师规范化培训;培训在提高临床实践及专业技能方面有重要作用;学员对教师带教意识的满意度较低;有75.4%的学员,尤其是本科毕业生对住院医师培训与研究生培养相结合的模式表示认可。结论完善全科住院医师培训制度,加强规范化培训医院及社区培训基地师资建设,突出临床技能和社区技能培训,制定倾斜政策,培养高质量的全科医师。
