| 摘 要： | 目的了解湖州地区老年轻度认知功能损害(MCI)的患病率,探讨影响MCI的危险因素。方法采用整群分层抽样的方法,抽取湖州市区和农村各两个社区进行调查。结果 2 164名老年人中MCI的患病率为14.33%,不同年龄、性别、文化程度、收入状况、饮酒和吸烟状况老年人MCI的患病率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示:性别OR=2.03,95%CI(1.417,2.908)]、年龄OR=1.155,95%CI(1.125,1.185)]、文化程度OR=1.554,95%CI(1.212,1.992)]、吸烟状况OR=1.154,95%CI(1.039,1.588)]、饮酒状况OR=1.519,95%CI(1.322,2.439)]、体育锻炼时间OR=0.757,95%CI(0.629,0.911)]、食用保健品OR=1.539,95%CI(1.190,1.991)]、邻居交往OR=1.474,95%CI(1.074,2.021)]和子女交流OR=1.540,95%CI(1.111,2.135)]进入回归模型。结论女性、高龄、文化程度低、吸烟、饮酒、体育锻炼少、食...
