| 摘 要： | 目的了解临床护理人员关怀能力和工作倦怠的现状及二者的相关性,为护理管理工作提供客观依据。方法使用工作倦怠量表(MBI)和关怀能力量表(CAI)对360名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果收回有效问卷339份,其中57.2%的护理人员处于高度个人无成就感状态,77.3%的护理人员关怀能力总分处于低水平;总体上,护理人员关怀能力偏低、工作倦怠程度严重;去人格化和个人无成就感两个维度是关怀能力总分的有效预测变量。结论鼓励从管理者和护理人员自身角度预防和降低职业倦怠的发生,提高护理人员的关怀能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status and correlation between caring ability and job burnout of nurses with the hope to provide objective reference for nursing management.Methods A total of 360 clinical nurses were investigated using Caring Ability Inventory(CAI) and Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI).Results 339 valid questionnaires were received,of the investigated nurses,57.2% were severely lacking sense of accomplishment while 77.3% showed low total scores of caring ability.The nurses showed low level of carin... |
