| 摘 要： | 目的探讨首发、恢复期精神分裂症患者的人格特征、心理健康及两者的相关性,为进一步制定首发、恢复期精神分裂症患者的综合康复计划提供理论依据。方法采用McCrae和Costa编制的简易人格问卷(NEO-FFI)及中国人身心健康综合评估与诊断系统中的心理健康部分为测评工具,对79例经新型非典型抗精神病药治疗、首发、恢复期的门诊及住院精神分裂症患者(病例组)和169例健康人(正常对照组)的人格特征、心理健康状况及两者的相关性进行比较。结果病例组与正常对照组的人格特征:神经质[(3.06±0.55)分vs.(2.72±0.54)分]、外向性[(3.01±0.46)分vs.(3.29±0.41)分]、宜人性[(3.27±0.30)分vs.(3.50±0.33)分]、责任心[(3.20±0.44)分vs.(3.45±0.35)分]得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),开放性[(3.13±0.40)分vs.(3.09±0.37)分]得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组与正常对照组的心理健康:正性情绪[(1.62±0.91)分vs.(2.27±0.69)分]、认知功能[(1.28±0.71)分vs.(1....
