| 摘 要： | 目的研究颈动脉狭窄程度对全脑血流量(CBFV)的影响,寻找早期诊断缺血性脑血管病的超声指标。方法选取69例接受颈部血管彩超检查的缺血性脑血管病患者,应用彩色多普勒超声技术测量其两侧颈内动脉、椎动脉内径(D)、狭窄程度及时间平均血流速度(TAMV),计算CBFV,比较不同程度颈动脉狭窄患者的CBFV。结果不同程度颈动脉狭窄患者的CBFV间差异有统计学意义(F=54.81,P<0.05);颈内动脉狭窄>70%组、狭窄50%～70%组患者的CBFV低于颈内动脉狭窄<50%组患者,差异均有统计学意义(q值分别为3.43和2.69,P<0.05),颈内动脉狭窄50%～70%患者的CBFV与颈内动脉狭窄>70%患者比较,差异无统计学意义(q=1.27,P>0.05)。结论经多普勒超声证实颈内动脉狭窄>50%的患者CBFV显著减少。
